The Clarity Codex FAQ

A simple home for the questions people usually ask before booking, browsing resources, or figuring out where to begin.

What is The Clarity Codex?+

The Clarity Codex is the home of Lena Kucerova's work, including guidance, books, digital resources, and grounded personal-development tools designed to help you recognize patterns, shift perspective, and move forward with clarity.

While the term coaching is commonly used, I use the word guidance intentionally. This is not about fixing you or giving you answers. It is about helping you see what is already there, so you can work with it directly.

I integrate tools like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), shadow work, and psychological frameworks where relevant, but the focus is always on practical awareness, pattern recognition, and real-life application.

This is not a one-size-fits-all process. It is structured, direct, and built around helping you think clearly and move intentionally.

If I am not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?+

Guidance is a collaborative experience, and your satisfaction matters. If something does not feel aligned after your session, you are welcome to reach out to discuss your concerns.

Refunds are not guaranteed, but in exceptional cases requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.

How does appointment scheduling work?+

Please reach out via email at hello@theclaritycodex.com to find a time that works for both schedules. Once a date is agreed on, I will reply with a payment link for you to complete.

After that has been completed, I will reply back with a Google Meet link for our appointment. If at any time you have a question, please reply in our initial email thread.

Can I book more than one session?+

Absolutely. I initially book us in for a one-time session, but if you would like to continue working together, you are welcome to book in another session anytime. Returning clients often use this space for continued clarity, decision-making, or deeper exploration.

What is the difference between guidance and therapy?+

Therapy often focuses on the past, exploring experiences, processing emotions, and addressing mental health concerns with a licensed professional.

These sessions are different. I guide you in understanding the patterns, beliefs, and responses shaping your current experience and how to shift them. While we may reference the past for context, the focus is on how those patterns are showing up now, and how you move forward.

I have spent over 20 years studying psychology, but I intentionally chose a different path, one that is not clinical, but grounded in real-life application, pattern work, and personal responsibility. This allows me to work in a more flexible, practical, and non-traditional way.

This is not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. You are responsible for your change. My role is to guide you through the process, helping you recognize what is happening beneath the surface, so you can work with it directly and create lasting change.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)? How will this help me?+

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful method of personal development that focuses on understanding the connection between language, behavior, and the subconscious mind.

By using techniques such as reframing, anchoring, and visualization, NLP can help you break through mental barriers, change negative thought patterns, and build more intentional responses. It can support greater self-confidence, clarity, and alignment between your thoughts, choices, and goals.

Who is Carl Jung and what is shadow work?+

Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the theory of the collective unconscious and the concept of the shadow, the hidden or suppressed parts of our psyche.

Shadow work is the process of exploring these unconscious aspects to integrate them into conscious awareness. By facing your shadows, you can release limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and more fully embrace yourself with honesty and depth.

What is Hermeticism? What can it do for me?+

Hermeticism is an ancient philosophical and mystical tradition rooted in principles such as correspondence and mentalism.

For people drawn to that lens, it offers a way to think about alignment, cause and effect, and the relationship between inner state and outer life. It can provide a meaningful framework for self-reflection, transformation, and understanding how you move through the world.

What is Gnosticism? How can it help me?+

Gnosticism is the path of direct inner knowing, the pursuit of insight that comes through awareness, self-inquiry, and spiritual reflection rather than external authority alone.

For some people, that framework supports a deeper relationship with intuition, personal voice, and the search for what feels real beneath the noise.
